A Visitor From The Past

I had a dream the other night, I didn't understand.
A figure walking through the mist, with flintlock in his hand.
His clothes were torn and dirty, as he stood there by my bed
He took off his three-cornered, and speaking low he said:

"We fought a revolution to secure our liberty.
We wrote the Constitution, as a shield from tyranny.
For future generations, this legacy we gave,
In this the land of the free, and the home of the brave."

"The freedom we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep,
But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents slept,
Your freedom gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave,
In this the land of the free, and the home of the brave."

"You buy permits to travel, and permits to own a gun,
Permits to start a business, or build a place for one.
On land you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent.
Although you have no voice in how the money's spent."

"Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate.
Your Christian values can't be taught, according to the State.

Harass your fellow countrymen, while corrupted courts prevail."

Your leaders ship artillery, and guns to foreign shores,
And send your sons to slaughter, fighting other people's wars."

As I awoke he vanished, in the mist from whence he came.
His words were true, we are not Free, we have ourselves to blame.
For even now as tyrants, trample each God-Given Right,
We only watch and tremble, too afraid to stand and fight.

If he stands by your bedside, in a dream, while you sleep,
And wonders what remains of our Rights he fought to keep,
What would be your answer, if he called out from the grave:
"Is this still the land of the free and the home of the brave?"

It's a Fool's Game

Yes, this much is to be said about the Judicial system or the Justice system.

It is without a doubt that we can now say that Justice no longer abides in our country.

Justice is blind?

NO, Justice is NOT blind any more. Justice first looks at who you are. Justice is rendered differently depending on who you are.

Justice is actually NOT the goal of the Judicial system.

At my last Jury Duty appearance, the Judge told me:

"This is not about justice. We are here to apply the Law."

So, yes, I will maintain "It's a Fool's Game".
The Judicial system is a Fool's Game.
And We The People are the FOOLS.

It has all become a masquerade of Justice, and a trick of those capable to finance their hired Lawyers. The more money you have the more capable the Lawyer.

We now have multiple standards of Law.
The Law protecting the Powerful; the Law protecting the minions of the powerful; the Law to control people; the Law to afflict the already afflicted.

They even manufactured their own language so that few can argue their own cases. English is not used on court documents. They have invented enough words to make the non Law savvy look like a FOOL in his own country.
They have in a sense reinvented the wheel. A square wheel. A wheel that needs help in order to move freely. A wheel that crushes people at every corner.

Prior to the invented Judicial system of today, was there any method of Law?
Were there any Laws?
Did we live in Anarchy?
Was Murder a Crime?
Was theft a lessor Crime?

The Common Law and Civil Law Traditions

One of the characteristic of the Colonies of America, is that they were comprised mostly of people of Judaeo / Christian beliefs. But not necessarily the beliefs sanctioned by the powerful Catholic Church of Rome. Matter of fact all derived branches of Christianity were frowned upon by Rome, even persecuted.

The Golden Rule:

"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" _ Jesus Christ

The Ten Commandments

So, based on Judaeo / Christian principles, the new Americans used what is called

Common Law.

The defining characteristic of “common law” is that it arises as precedent. In cases where the parties disagree on what the law is, a common law court looks to past precedential decisions of relevant courts, and synthesizes the principles of those past cases as applicable to the current facts. If a similar dispute has been resolved in the past, the court is usually bound to follow the reasoning used in the prior decision.

One of the most prominent principle that steered the Common Law system, was the Parties. There had to be two (2) parties.

The victim
The perpetrator

Here is perfectly valid explanation of this principle:

In order tor a crime to take place there must first create a victim. The individual accused of a crime must violate the life, liberty or property of another individual. One of the rights mandated in our Bill of Rights is a person accused of a crime is the right to cross examine the witnesses against him. In other words, the defendant has a right to confront the injured party.

If there is no injured party, and hence, no one to cross examine, the individual accused of the crime cannot defend himself in a court of law.

An government is a legal fiction and has no rights and cannot be an injured party. Only human beings have rights. Individuals can testify against an accused person but a legal fiction cannot. When an unjust law is enforced, the accused individual becomes a victim.

Amendment VI"In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense."

Ninety Eight Percent of the people in prison were denied their right to a trial by a jury. In order to avoid the possibility of being convicted of a more serious crime the accused pleads guilty to a lesser crime. In many cases they have committed no crime at all. This practice is an enemy of justice and a great way to raise money for corrupt lawyer and judges.

In the land of the free, we have more of our people in prison than any other country in the world. The biggest crime today is that we incarcerate people for committing victim-less crimes.

Bill of Rights pertain to Law?

Articles 3, 6-10 pertain to Law.

No less than 5 Amendments.

Amendments 4 through 8, highlight the Rights of The People in regards to Law.

Amendment IV

Amendment V

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Amendment VI

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

Amendment VII

In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.

Amendment VIII

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

I don't know about you, but to me, from the time of the creation of our Constitutional Republic, to today, Judicial Law or 'the Legal system' has corrupted the prior benevolent intentions of the Founders.

We live in a subservient system, that favors the powers that be.

2nd Amendement Rally in Olmos Park, TX

In Texas, TODAY, 2018, the City Council of Olmos Park, TX along with Rene Valenciano, Police Chief, are attemtping to deny the people of their Right to protest lawfully bear arms.

Police Chief, Rene Valenciano has been violently (yes, violently) arresting citizens who wish to exercise their rights.

Police Chief, Rene Valenciano, has even violently harrassed protestors holding signs criticizing his despotic behavior.

Now the people of Olmos Park have decided to exercise their rights to carry and protest at the same time. Today, Saturday April 7, the people have assembled in Olmos Park, TX in an open carry rally to educate on and demonstrate their rights.

The 2014 Bundy standoff was an armed confrontation between supporters of cattle rancher Cliven Bundy and the Bureau of Land Management. That day the BLM was forced to withdraw. Many were charged and jailed, but were released due to BLM unlawful actions.

Rick Scott Signs Florida SPAGHETTI CODE Law SB 7026

Friday March 9th 2018, in response to the failures of Law Enforcement agencies of Broward County and the FBI, Governor Rick Scott signs a NEW Infringing Law to counter the Bill of Rights and it's 2nd Amendment.

FBI and Broward county law enforcement will not be punished for their mistakes, but the people of Florida will.

Here is what Rick Scott says the bill will do:

Creates “Risk Protection Orders,” which allows a court to prohibit a violent or mentally ill individual from purchasing or possessing a firearm or any other weapon. If a law enforcement officer believes that a person poses a danger to themselves or others by possessing a firearm, they can petition a court to have the individual immediately surrender the firearm and prohibit them from possessing or purchasing firearms;

Allows law enforcement to seize firearms when a person has been detained under the “Baker Act.” Also prohibits a person who has been “adjudicated mentally defective” or who has been “committed to a mental institution” from owning or possessing a firearm;

Requires all individuals purchasing firearms to be 21-years-old or older. Exceptions are included for the purchase of rifles and shotguns by law enforcement officers, correctional officers, active duty military members and all members of the Florida National Guard and United States Reserve Forces. Also, licensed firearm dealers are prohibited from selling or transferring any firearm to a person younger than 21 years of age;

Establishes enhanced criminal penalties for individuals who make threats to schools, such as social media threats of shootings or bombings;
Bans sale or possession of bump stocks; and
Creates a three-day waiting period for all firearms sales. This does not apply to law enforcement officers, correctional officers, active duty military members or members of the Florida National Guard or United States Reserve Forces who are purchasing a rifle or shotgun. The waiting period does not apply to the purchase of a rifle or shotgun for those who have completed a hunter safety course and possess a hunter safety identification card, or anyone who is exempt from the hunter safety course requirements and holds a valid Florida hunting license.

Provides $162 million for safe-school officers and requires a safe-school officer at each school in the state. Safe-school officers must be sworn law enforcement officers;
Creates the Coach Aaron Feis Guardian Program under the purview of locally-elected sheriff’s offices. Participation in this program is 100 percent voluntary and optional and does not allow classroom teachers to carry firearms with exceptions made for those involved in Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC), current or retired armed service members and current or retired law enforcement officers. Participation in the Coach Aaron Feis Guardian Program must be agreed upon by the locally elected school board members and the local sheriff’s office. Each member of school personnel must complete 132 hours of comprehensive firearm safety and proficiency training to be eligible for participation in the Coach Aaron Feis Guardian Program;

Requires mandatory active shooter training in schools every semester. Students, district school safety specialists, threat assessment teams, faculty, staff and designated first responders must participate in these drills;
Provides $99 million to address specific school safety needs within each school district. This includes school hardening measures such as metal detectors, bulletproof glass, steel doors and upgraded locks. The Florida Department of Education (DOE) will establish the Office of Safe Schools and will work in consultation with sheriffs and police chiefs to approve school safety plans and provide school hardening grants to school districts;
Increases the sharing of information between sheriff’s offices, the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ), the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF), the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) and any community behavioral health providers to better coordinate services and provide prevention or intervention strategies. In addition to the legislation, the Governor will also direct DCF Secretary Mike Carroll to establish a process between DCF and each sheriff’s office in Florida to better collaborate and coordinate services for those most in need;
Establishes a new, anonymous K-12 “FortifyFL” suspicious activity reporting tool, which would allow students and members of the community to anonymously report dangerous threats through a mobile app;
Provides $75 million for dedicated mental health counselors to provide direct counseling services to students and youth mental health assistance training. Every student in Florida will have access to a mental health counselor;
Requires every school in Florida to have a threat assessment team with expertise in mental health counseling, academic instruction, law enforcement and school administration to meet monthly to review any potential threats to students and staff at the school;
Requires crisis intervention training for all school resource officers;
Establishes the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Public Safety Commission to investigate system failures in the Parkland school shooting and prior mass violence incidents and develop recommendations for system improvements; and
Provides $28 million to expand mental health service teams statewide to serve youth and young adults with early or serious mental illness by providing counseling, crisis management and other critical mental health services.

This is only a start to infringements to the Bill of Rights. Government officials willingly or unknowingly are doing the work of the New World Order. And in that World people will have NO Rights, but the Rights the NWO is allowing. Look for more False flags in the future and more infringement to our God Given Rights.

If a law enforcement officer believes that a person poses a danger to themselves or others by possessing a firearm, they can petition a court to have the individual immediately surrender the firearm and prohibit them from possessing or purchasing firearms;

The above is ripe for abuse and will cause the death of innocent people when swat teams break their doors to confiscate the firearms.

Requires all individuals purchasing firearms to be 21-years-old or older.

Individuals under 21 will no longer have the right to defend themselves, regardless of their state of mind and living arrangements. A young woman living alone will now be prey to burglars, rapists, murderers...
Only Government individuals will be able to possess firearms in this age bracket. Will lead in the future to ever increasing age of prohibition until only Government goons are armed.

Creates a three-day waiting period for all firearms sales.

Gun shows will close their doors. Gun retailers who count on shows to promote their products will see their income reduce.

A few years later, in 1789, The United States of America was formed under the Conditions outlined in the Bill of Rights.

Without the Bill of Rights, the States could not agree to form a Federal Government, to represent them in front of other Nations. And to provide for a United Military front strong enough to dissuade the more powerful French and British Empires of that time.

The Bill of Rights listed 10 Amendments that were agreed upon in order to form the Union.

The 2nd Amendment's primordial purpose was for the People to have the ability to fight Tyranny, should the Federal Government become such, just as the King of England did.

And it reads:

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

THE Conventions of a number of the States, having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best ensure the beneficent ends of its institution.

RESOLVED by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, two thirds of both Houses concurring, that the following Articles be proposed to the Legislatures of the several States, as amendments to the Constitution of the United States, all, or any of which Articles, when ratified by three fourths of the said Legislatures, to be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of the said Constitution; viz.

ARTICLES in addition to, and Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America, proposed by Congress, and ratified by the Legislatures of the several States, pursuant to the fifth Article of the original Constitution.

Note: The following text is a transcription of the first ten amendments to the Constitution in their original form. These amendments were ratified December 15, 1791, and form what is known as the "Bill of Rights."

Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
