Exodus 19

5 Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine:

6 And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.

Leviticus 26

13 I am the Lord your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that ye should not be their bondmen; and I have broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright.

14 But if ye will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments;

15 And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that ye break my covenant:

16 I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.

17 And I will set my face against you, and ye shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and ye shall flee when none pursueth you.

18 And if ye will not yet for all this hearken unto me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins.

19 And I will break the pride of your power; and I will make your heaven as iron, and your earth as brass:

20 And your strength shall be spent in vain: for your land shall not yield her increase, neither shall the trees of the land yield their fruits.

21 And if ye walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me; I will bring seven times more plagues upon you according to your sins.

Indigenous Men

Story of an indigenous man living on some remote place unaffected by civilization.

One day, I lead a few friends a long way, and find a strange box resting on a couple of stones. We look around the box, a pretty large box strangely shaped. Some of sides of the box are made of a transparent material. The box is nicely decorated with shinny pieces, and all sorts of different items of different colors and consistency. One of my friends enters the box (there was an opening), against our protests. As he sees a thing dangling, he proceeds to turn it.

We all ran for cover. The box came alive, in a loud noise, spraying us with poisoned air, vibrating & shaking, the decorations started to move around.
Our friend was still inside yelling and screaming, Finally, he squirted out of the box, and ran over to us.
Finally, the box silenced.

We approached it carefully. What is this? Is it a strange being? Or did a strange being make it? But for what purpose? Is it a weapon to spray poison air? Is it some sort of drum arrangement? Or maybe a device to make something? The moving pieces could be to throw things at an enemy?
We thought it over for days as we observed the strange box.
All of us came up with different theories on what it was or what it did.

To this day, we still don't know for sure, but one thing is certain, it is some sort of device that other beings left. But, we will get to the bottom of this.
