Boris Johnson visited Ukraine to give his support for dragging the war out even further. He says he thinks Ukraine will succeed and taking its borders back from Russia. That's nice he thinks that but people will die because that is not currently happening. Is Ukraine underreporting its casualties to give the West a false sense of optimism?
