Are We approaching a 2nd War of Secession?

Did you know that in French schools the American Civil War is called 'Guerre de Sécession' or 'War of Secession'?
And in reality that's what it was a war between the Federal Government (Northern States) and the the Southern States wanting to secede from the Union.
