Our Rights and Laws

"Founding Fathers thoughts on the Right to Bear Arms" series. In this video we discuss Patrick Henry and his thoughts.

A Nation driven by Emotions

Never mind the common occurrences of False Flag events created by those who rule us.
What WE should be more concerned about is the hype created by Main Stream Media, in single events that trigger our emotions. Well crafted hyped News casts cause the American people (and the world at large) to react irrational to rare and sporadic criminal events.
Using our emotions and reactions, the powers that BE (well informed on psychology and manipulation), direct us where they want us to be.
It is a fact that 'they' dislike our ability to counter them with force, if WE chose to.
It is a fact that 'they' would love nothing less than render us powerless.
With this intent, False Flag events or even criminal occurrences are used to convince us to disarm. Only 'they' would be armed, because only 'they' know better.
How can one enforce laws? Well, by the power of armed men.
Are all 'Laws' just? If you consider taking by force from one, to give to another, just, then many laws can be justified. I personally call it armed robbery, which is against the law of Liberty and property.
In history there were too many (even recently) instances of Genocide by Rulers on 'their' people. Just search Genocide, and you will find a huge list of massacres for reasons often unjustified, and usually occurring once people are disarmed and powerless.

Rights of the people of the United States of America

When the governance of our country was designed and crafted, the Founders made sure to remind us of our Rights, by writing the Bill of Rights. We are an exceptional nation, because of those Rights, WE are supposed to have. No other Nation on Earth has crafted such governance protection.
WE are protected from government infringing on our Rights by: The Right to Bear Arms.
If our government was to suddenly become overtly Tyrannical, WE the people would eliminate it.
Beware, 'they' are becoming tyrannical covertly, one step at a time. Some of us are aware of it. Most of us are not. If a sufficient number of Americans were to come to the realization of the creeping tyranny, then a 2nd Revolution or Restoration would occur.

Our Rights Are Not Our Enemy.

Why have we allowed our Rights to become our enemy. How has that happened?

Is there a law against Murder in our country?

18 U.S. Code § 1111 - Murder
(a) Murder is the unlawful killing of a human being with malice aforethought. Every murder perpetrated by poison, lying in wait, or any other kind of willful, deliberate, malicious, and premeditated killing; or committed in the perpetration of, or attempt to perpetrate, any arson, escape, murder, kidnapping, treason, espionage, sabotage, aggravated sexual abuse or sexual abuse, child abuse, burglary, or robbery; or perpetrated as part of a pattern or practice of assault or torture against a child or children; or perpetrated from a premeditated design unlawfully and maliciously to effect the death of any human being other than him who is killed, is murder in the first degree.
Any other murder is murder in the second degree.
(b) Within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States,
Whoever is guilty of murder in the first degree shall be punished by death or by imprisonment for life;
Whoever is guilty of murder in the second degree, shall be imprisoned for any term of years or for life.

It does not mention how a human being should killed to qualify for Murder. A person can be killed in any or multitudes of ways (kitchen knife; by strangling; by brute impact; by fire; by explosion; by fire arm; by asphyxiation; by drowning; etc....)

So WHY, is Murder by firearm, so exploited? It is actually a very humane killing method if any method of murder could be called humane. The answer is simple.... Agenda.

Is America, the World's most armed country, the 'murderest'?

It turns out: NO, it is not.
The Number One murder capital of the World is Honduras.
The United States in 2015 was ranked number 111, only because of a few highly dangerous cities where guns are illegal or controlled. (example: Detroit, Michigan).
