South Korea's respect of their Constitution and Freedom of Press

Unlike Americans, South Koreans have a Constitution they respect, a Freedom of the Press, a population where men do a mandatory military service; not only they vote, but also are very active in their politics. Corruption at any level and at government level is severely punished. Current President enacted Martial Law on his own without approval of their Congress, and will very likely be impeached by Saturday. No long investigation like in the US, a simple 2/3 vote by the lawmakers will suffice.
