The High Tax States are already noticing some of their constituents moving elsewhere or planning to move elsewhere.
Another factor may also have to do with new and better paying jobs opening. As American manufacturing gets CPR and revives, we may see again families across America becoming more mobile in quest of the better paying jobs.
In the recent decades, jobs vastly shifted to the Service industry, or Tourism related jobs.
Could we see Tourist attraction areas lose their low paid employees as people migrate towards manufacturing and industry jobs?
Some already have a sense that Tourism is losing or is about to loose their inexpensive workforce. And they may have to compete with manufacturing and industry, by increasing pay.
States like Florida could loose large chunks of population. Although new and better paying jobs are something all are looking forward to, it may affect the businesses of dormitory communities of the workforce of tourism areas.
